The national flower of Singapore, the Vanda Miss Joaquim, is an exquisite orchid with hints of purple, pink, and yellow. In 1893 Agnes Joaquim, started planting the flowens, soon after on 1981 it was desinated as Singapore's state flower. Some fun facts about the flower according to nparks.gov.sg, 'a park the Vanda Miss Joaquim park, and several roads have been named after our national flower, Another fun fact about the flower is, the flower could adapt to various locations, therefore making the planting process way easier. It is often referred to as the singapore orchid. It symbolizes the unity of Singaporeans, regardless of their origins. Not only is it a lovely emblem, but it also serves as a reminder of Singapore's past and ongoing growth, much like this resilient orchid.
