Exchange and Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item, within 7 days from purchase, for the following reasons:
- The product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description.
- The wrong item was delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
2. Eligibility of Exchange
Exchanges can be done within 7 days from original purchase.. All times being returned for exchange must be in the original condition, and returned directly to Peaches Home & Accessories Private Limited. All packaging and labels must be in place.
Since we are a small company, during some holiday seasons we may be closed for a period of time and we will inform our customers through our banner on the website. We will make the delivery after the store reopens.
3. Non-Exchangeable / Non-returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Custom-made Clutches & Scarves.
- Items purchased on clearance or sale.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
4. Process for Exchange.
- Contact our customer service team at info@peaches.sg with your order details and reason for return.
- Once your return authorisation is approved , we will provide you with the return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
- Items exchanged must be of the same value or higher.
- No credit will be given . Items can be exchanged same value or higher.
- Items purchased at any department store or any other store selling peaches home accessories can only be returned to the store and not the website.
5. Consumer Protection and Legal Compliance
This return policy complies with the consumer protection laws of Singapore.
