To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging and tags intact.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

2. Timeframe for Returns

Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized cushion covers.
  • Items purchased on clearance or sale (unless defective).
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

4. Process for Returns

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at  info@peaches.sg with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back to us at [return address]. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
  • If your return is not approved due to non-compliance with our policy, the item will be shipped back to you at your expense.
